I have discussed this with @Baruel. I believe this is already somewhat the case. But, I would purpose the management of K3C and aHYPE be handled by the Kassandra Foundation while maintaining the whitelisting of tokens to be used on the Kassandra protocol be handled by the DAO. This will allow the foundation to quickly change strategies on these. For example, if a better yield farming opportunity came up the team can quickly change the fund to utilize it.
